Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Rates
- Standard delivery: £4.99, free on orders over £50
- Express delivery: £6.99
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of being placed. Standard delivery normally arrives within 5 days of dispatch. Express is faster where the carrier network allows.
Some items in our range are shipped directly from our supply partners, which can mean a longer wait than a next day retailer. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid. Estimated timescales are shown on each product page.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we email it to you when your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delays and missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 1-3 days of the dispatch email, email whodavila1@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Delivery is our responsibility until the goods are in your hands.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will refund the goods but not the original delivery charge.
